Employee SMS Messaging and Consent

G2 ID Source offers an optional SMS notification program for employees.

Employees may opt in to SMS messaging through the G2 ID Source employee web application. To opt in, an employee enters their mobile phone number and separately checks the SMS consent checkbox. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default.

Employees who affirmatively opt in may receive SMS messages related to:

• Job board notifications
• Work-order assignments and production notes
• Scheduling updates
• Production status updates
• Delivery updates
• Other operational employee account notifications

G2 ID Source does not use this employee SMS notification program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Participation in the SMS notification program is optional. SMS consent is not a condition of employment, account creation, purchasing, or use of G2 ID Source services or the G2 ID Source employee application.

Message frequency varies based on work activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Employees may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Employees may reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile Information and SMS Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

G2 ID Source may share information with service providers solely as necessary to provide, deliver, and support our services, including the delivery of SMS messages. Such service providers may only use the information as necessary to perform services on behalf of G2 ID Source.

SMS opt-in information and consent will not be used or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
